I ordered a hat that didn't fit my head correctly, and Rural Cloth happily sent me another hat to replace it, no questions asked. The new hat still isn't perfect, but that's not the point. The point is that customer service like that is becoming super rare these days, and I have no problem referring people to rural cloth in the future!
